Dorman Announces Run For Oklahoma Governor

joe

Today Joe Dorman officially announced his candidacy to run for Governor of Oklahoma. Dorman, a Democrat, is currently a state representative from the Rush Springs area.

He made the decision to run because he, like many other Oklahomans, feel that the state is headed in the wrong direction under the “leadership” of current Governor Mary Fallin. He feels that people outside the state government (the special interests) have been calling the shots for too long.

Dorman is currently the only Democrat in the race since R.J. Harris announced that he had pulled out of the race a few weeks ago.

Currently, Governor Fallin also has a primary opponent for the Republican nomination in former state senator Randy Brogdon, although Brogdon has said he is considering a run for Tom Coburn’s upcoming vacant US Senate seat.
